Yes, international shipment is available and you can buy us from anywhere in the world.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It largely depends on your location, vendor's location, and the shipping method you choose. Since most of our vendors are located in Europe and Asia, it approximately takes 15 to 30 days for basic shipment and 3 to 7 days for express shipment to deliver orders to many parts of the world.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept PayPal, Master Card, Visa Card, and American Express. Note that our currency is EUR.

How do I place an Order?

You can place your order by selecting the quantity of the item you wish to purchase and clicking on 'Add to Basket'. You can add as many items as you wish to your basket. Once finished shopping, click on your cart to view and update your purchase list. Then proceed with payment and make sure you've receive the order confirmation notification. We will then process your order and goods will be shipped to your address.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel or change your order anytime before shipment and up to 7 days after receiving it. To change or cancel your order, go to your dashboard, select your order list and edit it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need to create an account to place an order. However having an account will be useful for tracking and editing your orders, receiving updates and discounts, and storing your contact information for future orders.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped you'll receive a courier tracking code and a url where you can track your shipment status

How Can I Return a Product?

You can return a product and ask for a refund or a replacement with another product within 7 days after receiving it.
